Lay-bye & Cash Reservation Policy

We understand that buying quality furniture is an investment. Our lay-bye option lets you reserve an item by paying a deposit, giving you time to settle the full balance.

How it works

• Choose the item you would like to reserve.
• Pay a deposit to secure it.
• The item is held for 7 days from the date the deposit is received.
• Pay the remaining balance in full to complete your purchase.

Important terms

• The deposit holds the reserved item for 7 days only.
• If the balance is not paid in full within 7 days, the reservation may be cancelled and the item returned to stock.
• Lay-bye deposits are not refundable if the reservation is cancelled by the customer.
• Items are only released for delivery or collection once the full balance has been cleared.
